As far as i know if you start your SQLSERVERAGENT your problem will be solved. to start SQLSERVERAGENT go to control panel and then administrative tools and them serveces. double click the services and find out SQLSERVERAGENT . make it status "Started" and and startup type "Automatic" then proceed .
