  I need to give a user the ability to import data into the sql database only. Is there a version of SQL Server 2005 where the user can use the import export wizard but not have to have the Standard version of SQL Server 2005? Sql Server Express doesn't have it does it?

  SQL Server 2005 editions that include SSIS are Enterprise, Standard, and Workgroup.
