DTS connection for Access 2007

  • Does anyone know of a way to update the connection options for a DTS package in SQL 2000 so that I can import data from an Access 2007 database?

I am trying to update our database to the new format but the application is dependant on the DTS package working. Currently there is no option for 2007 db's.

But I would like to recommend you to export data to Access 2005, then import to Access 2007.

Unfortunately, this is not a one time conversion.

We have an Access front end for an application the imports & manipulates data before it is uploaded to the SQL DB. What I need to know is if there is a way to update the DTS connection type to include the .accdb type used in Access 2007.
