database space

    1. Using rightclick db properties

    Size - 66000MB

    SpaceAvailable - 37000MB

    2. Using sysfiles and fileproperty((name,'SpaceUsed')/128)

    File size is

    Size Data - 65004MB , SPACEUSED(MB) - 60030MB

    Size Log - 11000MB, SPACEUSED(MB) - 9009MB

    Wht is this SpaceAvailable in database proprties?

    Becuase for 2. Size -SpaceUsed = FreeSpace?

    then both things are not matching.
