Excel Destination issue

    I am using a simple SSIS package to write the data into a excel destination. The problem I am facing here is data is written at the bottom of the sheet.

    For example : I need the output to be in A2 and B2(Just below the heading) till An and Bn

    But the output is written in A112 and B112 till An and Bn leaving a lot of blank cells from A2 to A111, B2 to B111.

    I would investigate the posibility that you are actually feeding and writing blank rows into your destination. Try to supress blank rows and see what happens.

    It got resolved as i deleted the excel file and created a new excel file.
