Cases opened with microsoft.

    Hello People,

    Is there any way we can read cases/case studies opened with Microsoft ? I mean problems reported by companies and solved by MS field engineers/trouble shooting team.

    Microsoft has their own internal knowledge base consisting of KBs and customer incidents and requests for PSS, MCS staff, system engineers etc to query and reference. Most of this information is not public as, understandibly, its confidential customer information. Its extremely valuable information for the MS support staff and thats why they're pretty much always able to resolve support cases as they've generally seen it before with another customer.

    @paul-2 ! Thanks alot, this isn't the information i am looking for. Thanks a lot though, because it helped me with another question.

    @Cranfield! Thank you Sir, for the information. I asked one of my friend working with MS as field eng. and he said that this is an important resource for MS and they keep it confidential. So there is no way i can read it somewhere. 🙁
