Tracking Blocking

    What is the best practice to track blocking on a particular database? I know where my issues are and I need to know when and how often blocking is occurring. Any tips and/or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Have you read the relevant MS Knowledge Base articles, e.g. How to Monitor SQL Server 2000 Blocking?

    Thanks for the information. I tried searching microsofts site for this and could not find it. I dont' know if it is me, or the way microsofts search works, but it never pulled this article up. Once again thanks.
