I just made some modifications to the tempdb database via a script against QA and received the "command completed successfully" message. However when I go back and verify the datafiles sizes and growth rate. The size is correct, but the growthrate dosen't change. I then tried with EM and was able to make the modification, click ok with no error messages, but when I go back and check, the growth rate is what is was before. The change didn't take effect. I refreshed and disconnected each time, but the change isn't there!
Any ideas why this would be happening?
