Question on Job Notifications

    For a single job, is there a way to set things up so that one operator receives email alerts ONLY when the job fails, and a SECOND operator receives email alerts when the job COMPLETES (success or failure)

    Not that I know of.

     

    You could set up a final Step (upon success of the others) that e-mails the second operator when the job completes.

    you can also use the page option under notification properties for the job. This allows setting an email address as the pager address and this will allow you to set notify on completion to one email address and one for failure or succss.
