  I am setting up replication manually and would like to know how I can retrieve and print the @newid OUTPUT variable of sp_addtask.

  I have declared @newid as INT, but can't seen to get hold of the value therefore I am unable to CONVERT.

  Can anyone provide me with the correct syntax
