HI everyone
First of all a BIIIIIIG THANK YOU to John Mitchell. If it weren't for him, well lets say.. no Xmas for me.
But I do have another problem, still
Error:
Cannot process the object " SET FMTONLY OFF exec master.dbo.sp__DatabaseAccess". The OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI" for linked server "ctpcim01" indicates that either the object has no columns or the current user does not have permissions on that object.
The login has permissions on that SP. when I exec the sp on the server it works, but when I do it via a Linked Query, it gives the above error.
Thanks
A

Did you enable "Ad Hoc Remove Queries" option is Surface Area Configuration?
If not enable it before running the query...

I get the following error:
SQL 2005 components not installed on computer or doesn't have administrator rights.
I do have rights and if i didnt have the 2005 componenets, would i be able to work in the 2005 environment? I am new in SQL 2005, so all this is new to me.
Sorry for my late reply, I was kidnapped by the spirit of XMAS

When are you getting this error? Can you explain...
If you don't have 2005 components then how you access the server?

Hi Mohammed
When I open SQL Server 2005 Surface Area Configuration; and click on the Surface Area Configuration for Features; it gives me that error.
Any idea??
