Another story published!!!

  • Okay, shameless self-promotion time again.

I got another short story, horror/ghost story, published! Blue Kingdoms: Shades & Specters. I am sooooo excited.

Unfortunately, it's not yet available in bookstores or at amazon, but the publisher is working on it.

And I'm just thrilled to get my name into print again. Twice in one year. (heehee).

  • Awesome. If you have any advice for a wanna be author let me know by PM and I'll pass on my daughter's email address to you. She really wants to be an author.

  • Congratulations. Wonderful achievement.

  • Congrats and that's very cool!

  • Wonderful to see an individual with your proven qualifications in SQL, having a life outside of technology. It should prompt all of us techies to widen our outlook of what life is about and enjoy more of it.

    Thanks for the inspiration.

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.

  • Cool! where do we pick up our personalized autographed copies of the book?

Sounds like a good read as long as it's not a horror story about a botched upgrade gone horribly wrong coming back to haunt you for years.......:D

Your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on my part...unless you're my manager...or a director and above...or a really loud-spoken end-user..All right - what was my emergency again?

  • Matt, How did you know the plot of my tale???? Not only an upgrade gone wrong, but the entire Board of Directors standing over a poor DBA's desk demanding answers while Microsoft is on the phone saying your license doesn't cover "that"! @=)

Actually, it's a period piece horror story that's set in a world that could be ours, but isn't quite.

If people want copies of the first or second anthology, you can PM me for arrangements. I'm selling a few direct and yes, I will autograph if you want me to. @=) But I'm not going to pimp publically beyond that because I don't want to make the site owners mad.
