I have a stored procedure that has a lot of dynamic sql in it. Basically it updates/deletes records from a bunch of table, hence built around a cursor operation.
I was curious, can dynamic sql be transacted? Meaning, if a statement breaks in the middle of a update/delete, can everything be rolled back?
I am not sure if this is possible. Please let me know.

yes, it's no different than you typing multiple batches into QA. As long as you're on the same connection, the transactions work.
