    How will you implement 15 users to access a specific database (say MS SQL Server) using the Site License concept in a library?

    I want to develop an application in a client server and web based environment using VB or VB.Net?

    some do it checking how many clients at a certain point in time are connected to the server and comparing that number to parameter-value stored in the db or registry.

    This the requiers queries agains system-objects, so may be version/sp depentant !
