Any way to look at MDX queries created by browsing?

    Is there any way to look at the MDX queries created by browsing a cube in either BI Studio or Management Studio? I just learning MDX, and this would really help.

    You can run a trace against the SSAS database with Profiler to get at the MDX, but it is going to be broken up into session sets as you drag and drop dimension attributes and hierarchies onto the rows or columns. Another option would be to connect with Excel and use the OLAP PivotTable Extensions to get at the generated MDX to become more familiar with the syntax.
