In which cube browser?
Measures in the cube have a format string property that most browsers seem to support.

IN THE SSAS CUBE BROWSER ITSELF NOT IN EXCEL OR ANY OTHER INTERFACE.

Please turn off your caps lock.
If this is an actual measure rather than a calculated one, you need to go into the properties for the measure in BIDS and set the format string and re-deploy the cube.
If it is a calculated measure, you need to set the format string for it in the calculations in BIDS and re-deploy your calculations.
I suggest you look up "format string" in books online.

Thank you for your reply, can you make me clear it is not a calculated measure i am just taking from measures and dropping in details area of cube. I want to display the decimal values also. I saw the properties but i did not get any help from that.

Open the cube in BIDS.
Select the cube structure tab (it's the default)
Right-click the measure in the treeview and select properties
In the properties window, change the FormatString property to: #.00
Save / deploy the cube
