  Environment:

  Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition, Service pack 2

  SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition, Service Pack 2, Build 9.0.3152

  Clustered; Yes, Active/Passive

  Prior to installing System Center Ops manager 2007 SP1, I run a pre-requisite checker.

  Virtual Server

  pre-requisite checker reports no pre-requisite failure.

  Node A - Active

  pre-requisite checker reports a pre-requisite failure.

  The failure is that it detects SQL Server Service pack 1 is installed.

  Node B - Passive

  pre-requisite checker reports a pre-requisite failure.

  The failure is that it detects SQL Server Service pack 1 is not installed.

  check to see if the SQL express is installed with the OPS manager. then it should have a diff SP
