SAN Failure

    How can i check the SAN drive failed or not in A/P clustering???

    What are the steps to be taken care of as a DBA if SAN failed???

    If you r running daily integrity and consistency checking maintenance plan (DBCC ) you definitely found the allocation Error in error log if there is SAN drive having problem

    Also page verify options like Checksum and Torn_page detection log the Error in error log.

    SAN failed means cluster failed…u need to reset up it ……

    In simple word You need to have good backup strategy plan for resetup.

    Reset in the sense have to create cluster from beginning??(other than installation)
