INFORMIX to 64 bit 2008 R2 windows server 2008

    I'm looking for an ODBC or ADO.net driver that can access an Informix database from a 2008 R2 database running on windows/server 2008. Any idea how I can connect to an Informix database using the .net data provider 9.7.4.

    You can download IBM Data Server Runtime Client. It includes drivers for Informix.

    I'm still having issues in connecting to an Informix database on a 64 bit server using the ado.net drivers. My SSIS package isn't able to convert nvarchar data to varchar when it's deployed to the server. I'm using a 64 bit ODBC connection and the varchar fields are all null when run from withing SQL Agent. If I execute the SSIS package from within the 32 bit BIDS environment it works without a problem. Has anybody had this occur before?
