Hi All,
Today I was Facing Vivid issue related to SSIS Job.
Job Fails Saying that Acquire Connection Failed.
Excel File size is around 60 MB.
But the Same JOB with same Excel File (60 MB) run fine in one Instance of the Same Sever & Fails in other Instance.
Can any one provide point for debugging the issue.

Finnally Was able to Fix the Issue.
Reason: The Account (Domain Account) used for Creating the Proxy, was not having Admin right.
Because of which if the Execel file Size is more than 2 to 3 MB, the Job Fails.
