Hi folks,
I have a matrix which can expand horizontally across the page (to cover approx half a landscape A4 page at maximum); on the right-hand half of the page, I have other objects aligned with the right-hand margin vertically down the page. (Two charts and a tablix).
In design mode, there is white space of approx 5 cm in the middle of the page - that is, the matrix is not jammed up next to the other objects. It seems this white space is fixed. I really would prefer it to alter proportionally...
The report maintains this white space when run, and so the other objects are pushed out horizontally to the right. Which, of course, runs off the side of the page.
Report Property ConsumeContainerWhitespace is set to True. Matrix column widths are fixed.
I do not want to move my other objects left to sit directly next to the matrix - they need to be right-aligned with the right-hand margin. Matrix has conditional visibility on columns, so looks very odd if only one column is showing, and other objects are parked up next to it.
Is there anything I can do to maintain the page layout required?
