Is there anyway we can import the whole Access database to the SQL server using SSIS? Do we need create data flow task for each column?

I don't know if there is a complete way from SQL/SSIS, but Access has an upsize wizard. Does that not work?

Open Access, select Database Tools on the Ribbon, then there's a "Move Data" section. Choose SQL Server, follow the wizard.

Thanks Steve. But it looks like creating the SSIS package through the importa data wizard works better and can be reused too.
