Scale out SSRS for redunduncy

    We're looking for redunduncy for our SSRS. We'd like to stand up another instnce of SSRS on a different box for redunduncy.

    ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB are already on a cluster. Is it possible to configure SSRS without using Windows NLB as described in this article http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/2529/build-a-scale-out-sql-2008-r2-reporting-services-farm-using-windows-nlb-part-3/ ?

    Any other solutions possibly using a WebMux?

    One option might be to use either Veritas Cluster Server or HP Polyserve.

    Above that you can, if using Enterprise or Datacenter editions, use scale out deployments where multiple web front ends in a farm all connect to the same reporting databases.
