Higly transactional table should not have Clustered Indexes
Highly transaction table should not have Fill Factor in index definition

What does the above statements really mean? Does that mean that tables where there is huge amount of write operations should not have Clustered Indexes and Indexes should not have any fill factor?

Well, both of those statements are incorrect, so probably better to just ignore them...

Quite true.
SQL DBA,SQL Server MVP(07, 08, 09) "Money can't buy you happiness." Maybe so, but it can make your unhappiness a LOT more comfortable!
