Subreport Dissappearing in the Master report - SQL Server 2008 R2

    Hi ,

    Need help on the Subreport issue.

    I have created a main report with the tablix in which i am calling 20-25 subreports in separate rows of the tablix.. And the subreports Contain the charts and the tablix . All the subreport work fine individually but when the main report is run 6 to 7 reports would dissappear and would not come after refresh also.

    To solve the problem

    1. I have deleted the reports ,

    2. added subreports back again ,

    3. verified all the parameters to subreports .

    I am struck with this tricky problem , can anyone please help as it is urgent.

    Do the reports disappear from the design screen or when you run the report? Are you sure they did not get pushed to another page? An example may help explain.

    Thanks for Replying Scott.

    The reports were dissappearing after running them . I have figured out the issue , as it was due to Report dataset not returning any data , hence report not displayed.

    You can use the no rows property to display a message.
