I know Sql basics , what is the path or way to study T-sql programming topic wise
Any suggestion please

Maybe this:
Wrox used to have a beginning TSQL book that was pretty decent too.
Itzik Ben-Gan has a great book on TSQL development if you are up to it.

There are two Stairways series on T-SQL right over there on the left side of the screen on this web site. One is for getting started and the other is for advanced. I'd suggest going there. It's a great way to get going.
Also, another vote for Itzik Ben-Gan's book. Absolutely one of the single best pieces of documentation on T-SQL out there.

I'd start here with the Stairways, they are designed to help you get started. Once you have basics, pick up Itzik's book and learn more.
