All drives are on NAS using iSCSI

Lost the drives and I had to reinstall all my SQL instances  got them back online now

Some final detail to work out.

Tried Send test email and all emails are in the queue   status NOT SENT

Looked at the logs and I see no errors

  • You don't give us much to go on except to say it's broke.

With that in mind, check the profile(s) and make sure one of them is setup as a default.

  • Please check with your mail admin/network team whether the IP / Host configured in the Profile is white listed? If yes then double check the credentials (if any) which is being configured in the Profile.

  • Thank you

    I figured it out

It was the Server name was incorrect.  The MSTDC setup on the Cluster was wrong after correcting that email starting working.

Thanks again for all the responses.

Glad you found out what it was and thank you for sharing what the fix was.
