Any ideas?
I am using a free subscription. I already deployed a domain controller and member server using B2ms VM types. I need a third VM in order to test a SQL Always on setup (1 DC + 2 member servers / SQL boxes)
Is this some type of limit or restriction?

Thanks for reply.
This is a brand new free subscription. All I want to do is able to setup an SQL AG lab, so I need 1 DC and 2 SQL boxes. Any ideas of what size of VM will allow me to do that? I am new to Azure.

free subs are limited to particular zones so you may need to try a different one.

OK, found the problem.
This command helped:
Get-AzVMUsage -Location "East US"
The issue was not the zone... the issue was that the limit seems to be 4 vCPU, which honestly, it is ridiculously low. I had to use 3 VMs with 1 vCPU each and that fixed my issue.
