If you could provide more details about what the tool does and why we would want to use it, without us having to go to an odd URL ("www-" is a weird way to start a URL) it would be appreciated.
Also, based on the name "Framaroot Apk", I am thinking this is an Android only utility? I know most, if not ALL, of my database related tools that I use require a windows version as most of my DBA work is done from windows. Having a mobile OPTION is nice, but I want the majority of my database tools to have a Windows component so I can use them from my desktop/laptop.
Just my 2 cents. The way your post looks right now, it will likely get flagged for spam...

As with all advice you find on a random internet forum - you shouldn't blindly follow it. Always test on a test server to see if there is negative side effects before making changes to live!
I recommend you NEVER run "random code" you found online on any system you care about UNLESS you understand and can verify the code OR you don't care if the code trashes your system.
