Login failed for user "test" The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server Connection

    i get error logging to any database after i fail over to a 2nd Node in the cluster

    I cluster administrator shows that all resources are moved over to the 2nd Node

    All applications fails when it fails over to the 2nd Node

    Any ideas

    Not sure why this would happen this way in a cluster (as I would imagine they should be setup the same else it wouldn't work properly), but it sounds like the old mixed mode/windows authentication issues. You can read more about it here.

    Check to make certain that Node 2 is using mixed mode and not windows authentication only as it looks like your test user is trying to login via a SQL username/password instead of Windows authentication.
