  Hello

  I'm using VS 2012 to generate a SSIS 2012 package

  I'm finding breakpoints really frustrating

  They just seem to work fine on some packages, containers or tasks, but not on others

  See attached

  All I want it to do is stop after the first task so I can look at the variables

  I have tried (what seems to be) everything and it just keeps running straight through

  Has anybody seen this behaviour before?

  Any thoughts?

  This is getting seriously frustrating as I've never had issues before

  Within a project, I have one package that works fine and will break wherever requested

  I have another package that will not break at all

  Is there a package setting?

  Is it a known VS bug?
