I'm not sure what Dumps and Transcenders are, but according to another post [MCDBA tests topic] MS Press "Readiness Review" books have questions identical to those on the tests.

I've successfully worked now for a couple years with sql server. However, I know there are large chunks of sql server functionality I've never touched. It's hard to tell if my particular experience will match well with what's on these exams.

Cheating would be if someone took the test for me. If microsoft wants to make things a bit easier by giving away some of their questions, and others volunteer info on the exams, then I don't see why I should handicap myself by not looking at them.
