Exception #1203

    I am getting an exception error via profiler. No additional information or trace files generated when this occurred. Client is connecting via ODBC and the only output is an ODBC timeout expired. Anyone know what else I can try to troubleshoot what is causing this? SQL Server 2000, 8cpu box. Tried to turn off parallelism with no help as well.

    I don't have an answer and am currently troubleshooting potential ODBC issues. I have enabled logging on the DSN on the client, and have also enabled the performance counters which really didn't offer a lot.

    You may however want to try the ODBC logging. You will find this with the DSN configuration.
