DTS

  • Does anyone have/know any link which is exclusively for DTS and creating simple to complicated packages

    Thanks for any info.

  • Go to http://www.Google.com and search for SQL DTS. Here is a very good site about the DTS Pack

    http://www.sqldts.com

    Shas3

  • you can try

    http://www.sqldts.com

    and also this article

    http://www.devarticles.com/art/1/64/1

Hope that they can help you.

I just started to learn DTS 2 weeks ago. And these articles helped me.

I would also recommend the SQL Server 2000 DTS from Wrox. This book is good.

  • I agree with Shas3 -- sqldts.com is an excellent site. You might also want to look at the following article...

    http://www.asp101.com/articles/carvin/dts/default.asp

Also, SQLServerCentral.com (this site) is the best resource. I've always gotten an answer here.

  • For some odd reason it seems the Wrox "SQL Server 2000 DTS" book is no longer available. I was looking for it a couple of weeks ago and couldn't find it new anywhere obvious, like amazon or barnesandnoble. Why would Wrox discontinue this book? Their website doesn't say anything about it.

If you can find it get it, though; it's good stuff.
