I'm trying to connect from OS X to a MS SQL Server using JDBC. This is the error string that returns. Where can I look to solve this issue:
java.sql.SQLException[Microsoft][SQL Server 2000 Driver for JDBC]Error establishing socket

Can you provide a little more detail? For instance, what is your code to establish the connection?
