Move data files in cluster environment

    we have data files in D partitions and indexes on E and logs in F partitions.

    we are planning to regroup the partitions so that data will be on d and index and log files in E partition. How to do it in cluster environment.

    Assuming your drives are all part of the cluster resource group there is no difference moving files around a cluster as you would a stand alone server.

    And the physical disk resources must be a dependency of the SQL server resource in the resource group.
