How can I create a Reflexive Relationship in MS Access not in MS access project. I got a document where I can create this relationship in MS access project.

From the dim dark annals of my brain, I think you need to add the table to the relationships page twice. Then you can link the relevant fields.
It's been ages since I've worked with Access, so that could be wrong

There is - use the SQL pane and write the query yourself. Is that what you mean?

By "reflexive", do you mean a self-join? If so, I agree with Phill Cart's response - just add the table again and Access will create an alias for it.
