  I have a question on Replication.I have the Transaction Replication for one

  of our customer.we are the publisher and offside customer is subscriber.The

  size of DB is around 25GB.I want to drop the index and recreate it

  with New definition.I am not sure if i need to disable the repliaction

  and run the script to drop and recreate the index.Please advice.

  The best option is to do this in a non-production time. disable the replication do the reindexing.
