Failing DTS package

    Hello

    im looking for help on a DTS package there is a extra connection in the package which does not show as a icon on the DTS layout and it stops the package running and as it is not a icon i can not delete it

    does anyone know who to get rid of the connection

    IF you cannot see it and you know it is there CREATE a NEW package....  Only way I know of...

    Select a connection type from the Connection menu.  In the connection properties box, select Existing connection and select the name of the extra connection and click OK.  This associates an icon with the connection.  Now you can delete the icon, which will delete the connection.
