You will have to install the client version of Analysis services Manager from the SQLServer 2000 install CD. That will create another icon when you click on start->Programs-microsoft sql server->Analysis Manager. Click on analysis manager to open it up. Within Analysis Manager you can conncet to a remote instance of Analysis service.
