Just stumbled accross this fantastic video on major design flaws in databases.
Very entertaining and at the same time providing critical information for all DB folks.
Didn't know where to stuff it other than this forum.

This is great! What a lot of fun, and really good information. I do like the DBA in traditional DBA garb doing the performance dance.
