• Hi j.o.s,

Brian, think that you should implement a time delay on the question so that all the hacks like myself cannot nip into BOL and find the answer. Guess the real point is kind of Zen like, and that we all need to learn in which ever way we feel comfortable doing. Good fun, whatever the mechanism.

from my point of view, one doesn't need to know everything right out of the head, but needs to know where you can find the answers!

This is what happens when you search BOL. I found BOL to be extremely useful (you cannot state this for every MS product ), but you must know how to search and of course ask the right questions.

Without being offending, I guess that most questions here can be answered with having a closer look (or a look at all) at BOL. So with using (or learning to use) BOL you get a positive side effect of QOD. You get continous education for free.

I guess that is what Brian means.

What could be improved is that you are able to answer the previous QOD's when reading the answers.

After all, it's just for fun (and a little bit pride).

    Cheers,

    Frank
