That thread also needs an award for the number of sheer useless answers. Seriously, 2 people now have offered a query with hardcoded dates in it. WTH?

It's right of course, but it isn't new at all. It's been knbown for decades. One snag is that you have to pay enough to make money (and some other things) not an issue before you think about the real motivators (in the terminology of half a century ago, cover hygiene factors before motivation), but that's minor compared to the big problem: despite all the evidence most senior managers just don't believe it (they consider scientific evidence as something that is seditious if it contradicts their ideological convictions about the profit motive).

I honestly wasn't sure what was going on after that first one. 1/1/82 - 12/31/06? huh? where did that date range come from? lol
But, love the suggested solution, the disclaimer (which should be a joke by itself after that solution) and the fact that he actually TRIED it.

I just use the Insert Hyperlink option and add the address there. Then I put something suitably 'innocent' before the closing tag of the url marker as below (I've substituted < and > for [] to illustrate:
'<url=www.brokenlink.com >Innocent phrase</url>'
