Thanks for the congratulations all.

It's nice to be recognized, but I also know that when I've been in the room with MVP's and the people I've met from this thread, I'm usually the least knowledgeable person in the room. The more I learn, the more I find out I have left to learn.

Whatever I do know I'm willing to share though.
