DTS Error

    Hola, tengo este error, hay alguien que pueda ayudarme ?

    Hi, I have this mistake, there is somebody that can help me ?

    DTSRun OnError:  DTSStep_DTSDynamicPropertiesTask_1, Error = -2147220492 (800403F4)

        Error string:  Could not open file for reading.

        Error source:  Dynamic Properties Task

     Error Detail Records:

     Error:  0 (0); Provider Error:  0 (0)

        Error string:  Could not open file for reading.

        Error source:  Dynamic Properties Task

     Error:  -2147220440 (80040428); Provider Error:  0 (0)

        Error string:  Package failed because Step 'DTSStep_DTSDynamicPropertiesTask_1' failed.

        Error source:  Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package

    The file that you are trying to read, either does not exist, or it is open by another user, and cannot be read.

    Make certain that the file is in the path that you have set, and that the file is not already opened for reading.

    If the file exsists then check for the permissions for the users trying to use the DTS package.
