Explain How to connect the Remote base connection using
MY SQL Server 2005.
How to connect the many client Systems using One SQL Server2005
System, tell me complete Details of the connections.

Your post makes no sense. Are you using SQL Server 2005 or MySQL? Please don't capitalize things that are not specific names.
You also need to ask a specific question. What do you mean by connect? What have you done and what don't you understand. We're not here to design an application for you or explain everything about SQL Server. We expect you to do some work and we'll help with what you don't understand.

Install SQL Server 2005 and on the actual Database server. If you want many a connections then use the TERMINAL SERVICES server and install Client here.
You can connect as many clients(users) as you want provided you mentioned the correct server name and the IP address while you are connecting to the end server. This would require you to install just the client on the machines that need to access your SQL SEVER 2005 DB server
