  Hi ,

  I have 64 bit sql server - 2005 used for SSAS(Sql Server Analysis Services) and Database Engine. I want to create a linked server for 32 bit sql server - 2005 on this server. My question is like Is there any issue with this kind of connectivity or Can anybody suggest me any better approach to overcome this connectivity ?

  I would be appreciate for any help.

  There should be no problem in configuring or connecting the link server from 64 bit SQL Server to 32 bit SQL Server. It works fine.
