  • RE: SQL School Video - Creating Stored Procedures

I use a combination of a tool called Zoomit (free from SysInternals.com) to zoom in and out. Camtasia does all the recording with the highlighted cricle and click actions.

  • RE: Five Free Hours of Training

I'm going to pick them up from the editor Friday and then compile them this weekend. They should be up on Monday.

  • RE: SQL Clustering Driving Me Nuts

I'm afraid you won't be able to do this and remain supported by MS. There's only one primary default instance per cluster and then everything else falls under instance names....

  • RE: A Review of sqlSentry 2.5

In the 2.x form, I ran it for almost 6 months solid on a pretty intense server and never noticed anything. What it's doing is hitting a sysjobs table for...

  • RE: Upgrading SQL Server 2000 DTS Packages to SSIS

You bet, you can use the Upgrade Wizard to migrate the package to the SQL Server from a complely different server.

  • RE: Agile Development with Scrum

Some great comments earlier on priorities and feature lists. A few things you've got to remember:

    • The customer has got to buy off on this and be a part of...
  • RE: Agile Development with Scrum

I agree. That's why 4 of the 5 projects we have run on the second type of cycle. Luckily with a 30 day iteration the features shouldn't be more than...
