DATABSE DESIGN!!!!

A colleague we used to work together is so fascinated about becoming a DBA Admin/Developer. All he want from me is a project specification on developing a database from the ground. I was just wondering if anyone has such project to release so this guy can get his hand wet on something about db design.

Copying permissions

Our networking group wants to decommission accounts in domain A, and create equivalent (named differently!) accounts in domain B. Is there an easy way to duplicate/copy/transfer the SQL permissions between the two different NT user accounts.
