First you should remove all the subscriptions to the publication (check sp_dropsubscription, sp_subscription_cleanup, sp_droppullsubscription), then you should drop the publications (with sp_droppublication) and then you can disable replication in the distributor/publisher, you should use the wizard here.Check in BOL for exact parameters.
